The Black Shed Logo

The Black Shed is an architectural award winning, self-catering accommodation based on the Isle of Skye.

Nestled in the foothills of Macleods Table.

The Black Shed sits in a privileged position within a working croft overlooking Loch Dunvegan on the Island’s Northwest peninsula, Duirinish.

Just four miles from Dunvegan, The Black Shed is the perfect spot to explore the Isle of Skye. Lose yourself in the wild and rugged landscape, visit local artists and artisans, explore historic sites, sample local food and drink, or soak up the island atmosphere. We’re always happy to recommend things to do and see on Skye. But for a little local inspiration, head over to The Dunvegan – Explore Skye page.
